Cooking Workshop & Language Exchange in Hanoi

If you participate to the event please do come to ease the organization and to prevent food waste.

I create this event because I am willing to show the foreigners how tasty the Vietnamese food can be, and teach you how to cook it by yourself. I want also to welcome you into my home for a cooking class. During each class, we will prepare, cook (around 1h30) and enjoin the meal together. The dish could be Nem (Fried Spring Rolls), Goi cuon (Fresh Spring Rolls), Banh xeo, Bun Bo, Pho, or Cha ca, among others. This event will not only be about cooking but also about exchanging one another’s culture, sharing your lovely trip in Vietnam and making friends.

As the class is about sharing, so you can bring a drink or an aperitif, to drink or eat during the preparation if you want. We have homemade Vietnamese tea and Hanoi beers. Your willingness to clean up is always welcome.

Everyone will contribute towards expenses which is 11$ or 250.000 VN đồng per person.
